I was thinking the other day about my level of anticipation for Nicki Minaj‘s upcoming album The Pinkprint. It’s pretty damn low. I haven’t really fucked with any of the singles (“Pills n Potions”, “Anaconda”, & “Only”) and her latest “Bed of Lies”, featuring Skylar Grey. is another song I can’t/won’t be playing in my car.
“Bed Of Lies” has the feeling like it’s from the same factory that made “Love the Way You Lie” or “Airplanes”. Nicki previously performed this song during the EMA (Which she also hosted) and it is supposedly aimed to her (maybe) ex-boyfriend & hype man Safaree. *shrugs* The Pinkprint drops on December 15th.
