I don’t what going on with R&B these days (Well, “traditional” R&B at least). Last month Tyrese came out of nowhere and grabbed the #1 spot with his album Black Rose. And this week Jill Scott claims the top spot with her 5th album Woman. Don’t get it twisted though, this isn’t Jill’s first #1 album; she did it back in 2011 with Light Of The Sun too. I don’t know if I’ll ever listen to an album named Woman, but I love it when one of my baby mothers has success.
