Kreayshawn – “Gucci Gucci” [Video]

What happens when Lil’ B, Soulja Boy and Odd Future have a little sister? You get Kreayshawn. Now I know some of you old cats aren’t in touch with what the youth have going on today, but I am. I KNOW what’s hot in these streets! Check out the East Oakland rapper that is cool with Based God and OFWGKTA and she reps the  “WHITE GIRL MOB”. I can’t front on the song “Gucci Gucci” it is catchy as hell and her sound is refreshing to say the least. One thing about the new crop of Hip-Hop…they are all creative in some form or fashion. Check out the video and tell me what you guys think!

    1. How is this hipster? You’d have to be pretty damn superficial to see it as that. This shit’s about having your own style and not defining yourself by other people’s brands. Also, it’s embarrassing that Kreayshawn is even mentioned in the same breath as that novelty piece of shit Soulja Boy. She’s for real.

  1. The song really aint that bad, but really all these Super Swagged Up Frosty Fruity Skittle Pack Gummi Bear PeeWee Herman Play House Swag Havin Hipsters Can Go Straight To Hell On A Summer’s Day. Forreal

  2. I already posted that in the forums man…… She is alright though nothing special. I like the beat.

  3. I like it.

i know I’ll get hate, but I’ll admit it, white female rappers are my guilty pleasure. Uffie, Amanda Blank, DEV, J Ross Parrelli, Northern State (joke)….theres more but I’m blanking. Anyway….I think of white chick rappers as more of a novelty listen. Like 90’s skating rink rap (“its such a good vabratioooooon”), or comedy rap (Tom Green and whatnot)

People are shittin’ on this bitch for sayin’ “nigga” on her Twitter, but she basically said it as a quote of DMX, she just didn’t use quotation marks. I dont think its a big deal. I use “nigga” when quoting people online all the time. quoting lines from songs or movies. I always thought using it with quotation makrs made it ok. maybe I’m wrong. *shrug*

    1. ok nevermind. after looking into it, one of the bitches in her click, V-Sleezy or somethin’, says “nigga” every 5 seconds. which no doubt means she does too. they must think cause the 13-yrold black kids they hang with dont mind em sayin’ it (cause the just wanna fuck) means they got an unlimited ghetto pass or somethin’

if Em cant say it, then neither can they. fuck Kreayshawn and her chick on princaple alone. we cant let White Girl Mob open the door and start a trend, no matter how cute they are (“aw dont hastle em, its kinda cute when they say it”) or how hot they song might be. least thats how I see it.

      1. The young kids of today DON’T see anything wrong with saying nigga. It doesn’t mean the same thing to them that it means to us older people. Times have changed. I saw a group of asians one day saying it to each other. I’ve seen white people say it about each other and that changed the way I looked at it.

That shit really don’t bother me anymore.

        1. hmm. yeah, I know what youre sayin’, but it still dont feel cool to me. especially from some lil booshie white girl. In the one video I watched (V-Nasty Gets Outta Jail or something on youtube) she was runnin around calling everybody she saw “nigga”, not just her friends. you tellin’ me some cazy lookin’, half-head shaved white girl comes up to you and says “whats up my nigga?” you still gon feel the same way?

I know people of all colors use the term in private. my black homies have always refered to me as they “nigga” or “thats my nigga right there, this nigga crazy”, but they’d have to ask, beg and downright pester me before I’d even think to address them the same way. and even then, thats like a private thing, in a friendly setting. like, that 1 (or however many) person/people had begged to give me the right to address them that way. the outside world dont know that. so you wouldnt catch me out on Beale Street callin my dudes “nigga” in public. its just a respect for the rest of the world thing.

as far as these kids, I know its not said with hate in they hearts or nothing. but once we as the hip-hop community dont put of foot down, then we see a white-male rapper doin’; it and its ok, then its in every video, then every kid does it, and its just an accepted thing.

if thats what the concensus of us whats, then its whatever. I’ll follow the lead and be quiet about it.

but as for me, I’m never gunna be cool with some unknown white kid calling me, my homies or some girl I’m with “nigga”, no matter how accepted it may be *shrug*

        2. SIDENOTE: regardless, she could be a Grand Wizard of the KKK, I’d still abuse the dogs-shit out of her nether regions. I love them lil’ short pocket-sized bitches =)

          1. Lol she could get it. And as far as the n word goes I do feel it is thrown around too loosely, I honestly don’t feel black people should be using it so nobody else should, at least not outside of their circle. Like if one of my white friends calls me his “nigga” I wouldn’t be ready to fight him but I’d be irritated..

          2. I have a problem with white people using the word nigga, because one they only want to use it cause its popular and two they use WAY too much. When actually around or with a group of black people the word really doesn’t come up too much, but white people seem to be so in love with the word that they have use it all before it goes bad or something.

I think people today don’t really aren’t bother by the use of the word because they don’t understand where the word comes from or the connotations associated with it.

And as far as beating it up…white chicks really don’t do much for me.

          3. I have to cosign with Verb and Rick… I’ll hit that as well. Something about her at first I was like “Nah” but whatever now

        3. I’ll slap the ape shit(no Verbose Avatar Pun Intended lol) outta some body if they called me a nigga. Race is an imaginary ethnocentric way to rank people defined differently by every group, but you can tell where the boundaries are. If you don’t feel like you’d be comfortable saying it in all environments, you shouldn’t be saying it at all. Shit aint cool.

  4. ugggh! Dubstep beats, one thing I hate about the UK. This song was posted up on a website i check out under the heading “US Grime?”, no way lol

    1. ah-ha-ha! we stealin’ the term “Grime” from y’all!

thats what we, White America, does Raza. steal shit from other cultures and call it our own.
our history books will one day say we invelted grime! lol

      muhh-haa-haaaaaa!!!
