I shouldn’t be excited about this trailer. Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers was a 90’s show I enjoyed as a child. Looking back, it was very cheese with the action and special effects. This trailer has the usual look at these MTV beautiful twenty-somethings playing high-schoolers that have been done in Dragonball and other box office failures that were based on millennial nostalgia. AGAIN, another use of Kanye West’s “Power”. WHY?!? Watching the trailer for the 2017 reboot made something in me click because I want to see this movie.
Bryan Cranston as Zordon & Bill Hader as Alpha 5 are great voice choices. The Megazord’s appearance at the end. I gotta watch the this again to know why I’m ready to see this in March. What do y’all think?
