1. The Studio
After coming off this summer’s hit Wonder Woman one would think that Warner Bros., the studio who handles the DC Extended Universe (DCEU), would have finally hit its stride with Justice League. Nope, Wonder Woman was just a flash in the pan. Warner Bros. has shown that it still lacks a unified vision on how to handle the DCEU property.
After seeing all the success its rival Marvel is having with the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Warner Bros. decided to copy the blueprint a little, it should have been a lot. Warner Bros. became greedy with its shareholders and decided to cut corners and put out Justice League after two solo films with Man of Steel and Wonder Woman the model should have been releasing all the solo films first building hype towards Justice League. Instead Justice League felt premature and unearned though I’m eager to see more solo films, I can pass on another Justice League anytime soon.
