Both the song and the visuals exude an uplifting feel, evident from the inclusion of kids singing in the chorus. Although I’m not the biggest Durkio fan, it’s clear that he’s attempting to venture in a different direction with this release. Regardless, it carries a positive message for the youth. The video, directed by Steve Cannon, accompanies the song produced by Dr. Luke.
Lil Durk’s highly anticipated album, Almost Healed, was scheduled to be released tonight but has been delayed until May 26th. Consequently, it seems that the supposed album sales race now only involves NBA YoungBoy and Soulja Boy.
