I have to admit, when the homie Saule did a column on Drake over a year ago, I was SLEEPING. I didn’t give the dude a chance once B-Easy told me he was Canadian. That is not a diss to our neighbors to the North. BIG UPS CANADA! I put aside the Canuck stuff and gave the dude a listen. WHOA! I have to say that I was impressed with his lyrics on numerous songs. I got to give the homie Saule PROPS for pointing out this artist to me. I really like this mixtape where Drake is spitting over some dope beats, my favorite is his freestyle of “Barry Bonds”. Maybe because of the Kanye beat or the fact that Drake did his thing on the track made it stand out to me. Give me a LATE PASS for sleeping on the dude, and hopefully you will enjoy this mix as much as I did.
