I guess we were wrong about Tha Carter IV plugging all possible leaks. Is Lil’ Wayne throwing shots at Hov? If so, this may be one of the few guys Jay would respond to:

  1. Meh.. Wayne’s getting lazy with his bars, Jada’s flow was super simple, Drake didn’t really say much either.. This song should’ve been way better

  2. Solid track. Great lines…. Wayne going at Jay kinda of hard (nice). Loved how he played on off Jay’s lines. Jada was good. Drake seemed a lil overwhelmed by Wayne and Jada on this track.

  3. Hmm maybe Jay will respond but maybe not. What is up with these subliminal? Whatever happen to saying the person name? Be a man about it and address the dude instead of playing games. Yeah I have to cosign with Rickjamesbitch, Wayne got super lazy with his bars for real. Well I’m still looking forward to hearing the album as a whole. I hope this is better than Carter III… We all know Carter I and II is the best ones out the Carter series.

  4. If Hov don’t respond… (and i mean on WAX)… he’s basically saying he’ll never respond to ANYBODY!! Wayne is a top 3 HOTTEST rapper of the past 5 years and he going at yo wife… YO WIFE SON!!…

    I pray this happens… maybe we’ll get the old wayne and hov back…. this can change the landscape of rap.

  5. Agree with both bigt and DuB. But the song is tough. The album>>>>>> C3, that falsely labeled non-classic fuckin album. Drake did his thing on that too, that last bar “then November” came, sheesh. Wayne be fallin off tho, how you gonna go hard then start fumbling with lines like potato salad and game of chess/cleavage??

    1. I have to agree with you P. Honestly me I wasn’t too impressed with the song especially when he had Potato Salad in his rhyme…. I’ll see if the song is talking about eating Soul Food or something. I honestly think Lil Wayne is at that level where he is comfortable and he feel like he can say whatever on the rap and you already know people will cosign it. I like Wayne since I go way back with his music but dammit I’m not biased at all.

  8. Well Wayne was the same person who bigging up Hov and now diss him….This is the type of battle I don’t want to see nor interested in. It would be wack. Even though I like Wayne but Jay-Z will wrap circles around Wayne lyrically if they was to actually battle rap each other.
