Kanye West recently made a plethora of announcements that included things like his new Gap partnership deal, a Dr. Dre version of Jesus Is King, and a Kids See Ghost animation series. Also included in those announcements was that he had a new music video coming out for a new song titled “Wash Us In The Blood” directed by Arthur Jafa and featuring Travis Scott. Today we get those visuals.
I feel the same way about the song and the music video; they are something (Which is something I say when I don’t know what to say). The music is kinda like a mash-up of Yeezus and Jesus Is King. The music video, which features a collection of lo-fi video clips featuring Kanye, recent protests, mock video game footage, and even Kanye’s daughter North West (Style-wise this is similar with the recent re-design of the Yeezy Supply website).
“Wash Us In The Blood” is the first offering off Kanye West’s next album, God’s Country.
