Sometimes you’re just riding around on a cold October day listening to the radio and you find a song you ain’t never heard of in your life. That’s what happened with today’s selection. I present to you Brook Benton‘s 1970 song, written by Tony Joe White, “Rainy Night In Georgia.“ Benton found success in the ’50s and ’60s and fortunately was able to make a comeback with this one.
