  1. So how does posting an edited version of a Biggie track all of a sudden show everyone your knowledgeable about Hip-Hop? Its not that they dont think you know your shit its just your ignorant in a way. Going back to your dumb ass comments on the freshmen. Your talkin shit bout these cats when you haven’t even heard any of their work. For example, you sound like a fuckin idiot sayin B.o.B shoulda stayed retired..go listen to him…the nigga goes hard!! And sayin nobodies checkin for Curren$y….get the fuck outta here with that!! Why the fuck would you be the commenter when you know the least about the freshman outta anyone?! Not sayin you dont know Hip Hop in general but you just sounded stupid with them comments fool..

    1. Obviously the first line went over you head, but your head is so far up Blu’s ass I didn’t expect you to get it.

You are entitled to your opinion.

Thanks for taking time to comment.

  2. damn. ya bitches taking shit mad serious. everyone got opinions. and fuck if it wasnt for the forums here i wouldnt even kno currensy doin shit. idk who the fuck the dude is! alot of the new school cats is no names. like charles hamilton and mickey faktz and shit. you hear bout em cuz they either pussys (mickey faktz) or just stupid mufuckerz (charles hamilton). dont get me wrong, wale, b.o.b. and especialy kid cudi got some the of the freshest shit i heard in a while from new artists. and just cuz someone listen to gucci and soulja boy, as do i, dont mean shit. best beleive i got that OBFCL2! its called bein diverse bitchez. I only listen to hip hop, so i am willin to listen to new shit aka left field shit like kid cudi thats way out there, or sum real hip hop aka that purple tape. plus ace hood, asher roth and abuncha new artists just flops in my opinion. not ace so much as some the others like corey gunz.

  3. “Kickin’ the door waving the 44, all you heard was poppa don’t hit me no mo.” Classic ass song right ther.

  4. I actually found the The 10 Freshman article entertaining. And King Jerm’s 2 cents added humor to it. Have you people ever listen to those guys talking during the sports? (forgot what you call them) They do that crap all the time. I guess it’s different since they aren’t verbally talking, right? Stop being a bunch of b****es and just enjoy the article. It was all opinions. Not the bible!

  5. King Jerm, it’s not cuz you like new school acts that I think you’re a phillistene of hip hop, no, it’s because you like TERRIBLE new school acts. Soulja can’t spit, all Gucci can do is flow, OJ does nothing new, and all of them have terrible lyrics that make hip hop look bad. You called Soulja the new king of the south…fuckin dumbass… Ludacris could kick his ass drunk, high, and sleepin, and he’s not even what I’d call King of the South.

    1. HOLD UP (c) Nate Dogg

I don’t like their music per se, but I do listen to it. I DO NOT LIKE OJ. READ MY REVIEW.

Wait till you guys hear the podcast we got coming out.

  6. I know I don’t comment much, BUT THIS SHIT RIGHT HERE! THIS SHIT RIGHT HERE!

One of my favorite songs of all time (And in my personal opinion) Biggie’s best song ever. If someone was to ask me about The Notorious B.I.G., I tell them Life After Death, disc 1, track 4…stupid.

  7. I wish Biggie would’ve just mention Nas, Ghostface and Raekwon name on this song instead of doing it subliminal. Still a good song but “My Downfall” is one of my favorites from big. The beat was just better and it was a good story which really did happened to him.

    1. That was the geniusness of Big’s work. He could kill you without mentioning you name. DAMN.

      My Favorite BI songs:

Warning – Just the lyrical ferociousness gets me.
Long Kiss Goodnight – That first verse was ILL.

      plus many, many, more

      1. He actually didn’t kill them but he did rip them. I believe that Nas could’ve came with something, shiit Rae & Ghost could’ve came with something if the man didn’t die.

Warning is a great song indeed. Long Kiss Goodnight is definitely tight you can tell he was talking about 2Pac on that song, just listen to the lyrics it sound suspect man. I know he was talking about Pac on that one.

I like “I Got A Story”, that was tight to me. “Suicidal Thoughts”, “Thangs Done Changed”, “Machine Gun Funk”, “Can’t Stop The Reign” with Shaquille O’Neal (96)… And many more

I liked that Tracy Lee “Throw Your Hands High” featuring Biggie which is the song Jay-Z bit them lyrics “Its hard to yell with the barrel in your mouth” and that sample too.

  8. I feel like nobody ever talks about your nobody till somebody kills you, the verse he says you can be the shit flash the fattest 5 have the biggest dick but when ya shell get hit you ain’t worth spit just a memory then he explains about jermaine how he was the shit and got killed, fucking genius, kick in the door will always be a classic though, damn I can’t imagine how much niggas would be getting shut down if biggie was alive, and jerm fuck these niggas I don’t like soulja boy or gucci but I can’t front like I don’t like crank that and break up, I mean honestly and on the top 10 freshman I ain’t mad at you but currency and bob should be in the Bs just my opinion, bob is creative as shit and currency ain’t the best but his mixtape buzz is crazy niggas sleep on ray chris though myspace.com\damnraychris

  9. op I found your blog on google and I like this post on Curren$y Nate Dogg! Curren$y Nate Dogg songs are nice to listen! love it! Keep up the fantastic work. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.
