The Numbers Game: TGT, Earl Sweatshirt, & A$AP Ferg

TGT

I’ll admit that I didn’t think a R&B supergroup consisting of Tyrese, Ginuwine, & Tank would work. But TGT‘s debut album Three Kings grabs the #3 spot this week selling 70,000 copies. I should have figured as much when one of my baby mother’s asked me to download the album for her. That’s my R&B barometer.

Earl Sweatshirt finally released an album last week titled Doris. It lands at #5 and moves 49,000 units. That’s about the same amount as his Odd Future cohort Tyler, The Creator sold on his debut album too (Not as much as Wolf though). Check out our album review of Earl Sweatshirt’s Doris here.

A$AP Ferg also made his way on the charts this week to with his debut Trap Lord. I’m still contemplating on reviewing this. If nothing else, it’s at least interesting. Trap Lord gets the #9 spot and sells 49,000 copies.
